Conditions:
Classic Bindings Ltd is a member of the Antiquarian Booksellers' Association (ABA) of Great Britain, the Provincial Booksellers's Association (PBFA), and the International League of Antiquarian Booksellers (ILAB), and abides by their trading terms.
Sales Tax:
There is no additional sales tax to be paid as printed books are zero rated for VAT. Our VAT registration number is GB562 2080 66. If you live outside the UK, you are responsible for any relevant import duties or import sales tax that may be due for import into your particular country. Neither Classic Bindings Ltd. nor their carriers can held responsible for payment of these.
Payment:
All items remain the property of Classic Bindings Ltd until payment has been received as cleared funds.
Currencies:
Our prices are fixed in sterling. Any prices provided by a currency calculator should be used for guideline purposes only. The exact selling price is the sterling price.
Delivery:
It is not possible for courier deliveries to be made to a P.O. Box address. Unless particularly requested, all delivers are made using a 'signature on delivery' service. All deliveries are insured by Classic Bindings Ltd. against loss or damage in transit (excluding any non-trackable items). If there is serious damage to any book on arrival please record with a photograph so that proof can be provided as necessary.
Returns:
Any item can be returned with ten days of purchase if found to to be unsatisfactory for any reason or not fitting the specified description. We will refund the full purchase cost of the book on its return.
